Description
The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, is seeking proposals from manufacturers for a nonexclusive, negotiated contract for the purchase and rental of copiers. The contract will be effective from May 1st to April 30, 2027. The proposal should include a signed letter from an authorized representative, a dealers' list, a price list, and an internal catalog pricing spreadsheet. The price list should include discounts from the manufacturer's suggested retail price. The proposal should also include a purchase summary and a purchase summary attestation form if the manufacturer currently has a contract with the State of Mississippi.
• The contract is for the purchase and rental of copiers, including multifunction copiers.
• The contract will be for a period of 24 months.
• The proposal should include a price list with discounts from the manufacturer's suggested retail price.
• The proposal should include an internal catalog pricing spreadsheet.
• The contract will be awarded to manufacturers that submit proposals and are in compliance with the format and are proposing competitive prices.
