VanGO Transit Operations Management

The Charles County Government is seeking a qualified firm to provide VanGO Transit Operations Management services. The selected firm will be responsible for the operation and management of the VanGO transit system, including reservations, scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance. The firm will also be required to provide Trapeze software for paratransit management and dispatching, as well as install Zonar GPS equipment on all County-owned vehicles. The contract will have a term of one year with option years. The firm will be required to have experience in operating rural and urban deviated-fixed route services, demand responsive, and medical assistance services. The firm will also be required to have a staffing plan, maintenance plan, and safety plan in place.
