Liebert HVAC PM Services

The United States Marine Corps is seeking qualified vendors to provide Liebert HVAC Preventative Maintenance support for the Technology Services Organization (TSO). The TSO has four local area network (LAN) rooms that require climate control for temperature and humidity, and the HVAC equipment requires routine and emergency maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for semiannual inspections, preventative maintenance, and cleaning, as well as filter replacement and repair or replacement of components as required. The contractor must also maintain an adequate parts inventory and provide a written list of all work completed. • The contractor will be certified to maintain and repair Liebert Air Conditioning and Climate Control equipment. • The contractor will acknowledge emergency requests within 2 hours and be onsite within six hours. • The contractor will provide a written quote for any repairs or replacements. • The contractor will submit proposals or estimates in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
