MBTA Project Management Information System RFI 185-25

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is soliciting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors whose Project Management Information System (PMIS) can support the Agency's capital program management, project delivery, and reporting needs. The MBTA is looking for a PMIS that can provide core functions such as project planning and scheduling, budgeting, commitment and cost control, task and resource management, risk and issue management, and collaboration features. The system should also have technical capabilities such as cloud-based or on-premises architecture, integration with other critical business systems, and data security measures.
