2026 FIFA World Cup Lodging - Hotel Room Block

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking hotel room block services for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Event. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, and the period of performance is from November 24, 2025, to August 30, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide hotel accommodations in various cities, including Philadelphia, Atlanta, East Rutherford, Boston, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Kansas City, and Seattle. The contractor must propose at least three hotel accommodations for each city, detailing location, distance to the stadium, amenities, and cancellation policies. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering technical approach, past performance, and price. • The technical approach will be evaluated based on factors such as hotel proximity to event venues and flexibility for cancellations. • Past performance will be evaluated based on relevance, quality, and CPARS ratings. • Price will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.404-1 (b).
