Description
ChildCareGroup is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide an integrated human resources and payroll solution to replace their current HRIS/Payroll system. The selected firm will provide a hosted, licensed, commercially available software product or a commercially available subscription-based fully managed software solution. The scope of work includes providing a system of record for all employee data, benefits administration, payroll administration, program and grant allocations, timekeeping, compensation administration, employee self-service, performance management, and compliance.
Key features and functions required include:
• Ability to set up deductions/earnings/rate changes with appropriate future effective dates
• Labor distribution for multiple funding and grant sources
• Customizable reports
• Mobile application for timekeeping and expense reimbursement
• Electronic onboarding and performance management
• Automated FMLA tracking
• Integration with general ledger system
The contract term is for one year with four one-year options for renewal.
