Emergency Cleaning Services (Dormitories and Apartments)

Southern University and A&M College is seeking proposals for emergency cleaning services for its dormitories and apartments. The contractor will be responsible for providing deep cleaning services twice a year or as needed. The scope of work includes cleaning of floors, bathrooms, showers, toilets, and other areas. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality services. • The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional years. • The contractor must have a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance. • The contractor must provide proof of workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a detailed pricing schedule and must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality services at a competitive price.
