FC0001163-A - DELL- SDAT Refresh Devices

The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide DELL- SDAT Refresh Devices. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for DELL and provide equipment that meets the specified requirements. The scope of work includes providing desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals. The contractor must also provide installation services and manufacturer's extended warranty. The evaluation criteria will be based on the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization, MSRP sheet, mercury affidavit, and price. • The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller for DELL. • The state reserves the right to request a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must allow for pricing provided in response to this PORFP to be valid for at least 90 days after the set due date above.
