Description
The Nevada Army National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide commercial meals for 160 personnel during training at the Camp Navajo Military Reservation in Arizona. The meals will be provided from June 12-19, 2026, and August 24-31, 2026. The contractor must provide breakfast and dinner meals, and the menu must be approved by the government. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating facility usage with Camp Navajo and complying with all terms and conditions.
• The contractor must provide a total of 4,190 meals over the two periods.
• The meals must be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must have a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
• The contractor must submit a quote that includes the menu, completed SF1449, and name of catering company if subcontracted.
• The government will evaluate offers based on price and technical capability.
