ORAL INTERPRETATION SERVICES AND WRITTEN/AUDIO TRANSLATION AND TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES

The City of Tucson is seeking oral interpretation services and written/audio translation and transcription services for various city departments, including City Court, Public Safety, and other departments. The contract is for a term of 5 years, with the option for renewal. The vendor will provide certified/licensed interpreters and translators to provide services on an as-needed basis. The contract includes provisions for payment, termination, and audit. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with or without cause, upon giving 30 days written notice. Key services include: • Oral interpretation services for City Court, including American Sign Language interpretation • Written and audio translation services for various city departments • Transcription services for city departments • Provision of certified/licensed interpreters and translators • Services to be provided on an as-needed basis • Payment terms include a firm, fixed cost proposal for provision of interpretation and written translation services.
