Transportation Services, Special Event

This contract is for transportation services, specifically special event transportation, to be provided by Limosouth Inc. dba Carey Limousine of Tampa Bay to the City of St. Petersburg. The contract has a term of three years, with the option to renew for an additional two years. The contractor will provide public transit vehicles and transportation services on an as-needed basis for special events in downtown St. Petersburg. The contractor must meet certain minimum qualifications, including having been in the business of providing public transportation services for at least two years, having the ability to obtain minimum insurance requirements, and owning or having access to the necessary equipment and personnel. The contractor will provide a single point of contact to administer the agreement and will be responsible for maintaining the minimum qualifications, providing transit vehicles that comply with ADA requirements, and providing fuel, employment, and training for transit vehicle personnel. The City will provide a single point of contact to administer the agreement and will be responsible for planning, strategy, and objectives prior to performance of the work.
