FOSTER FAMILY AGENCY SERVICES

This contract is for the provision of Foster Family Agency Services between the County of Orange and Avant-Garde Foster Family Services Agency, Inc. The contract term is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional two years. The contractor will provide services, facilities, equipment, and supplies as described in the contract attachments. The contract includes provisions for licensing, subcontracting, and confidentiality, as well as requirements for reporting and auditing.
