SEWER & PIT TOILET CLEANING SERVICES

The contract is for sewer and pit toilet cleaning services at various locations throughout Cleveland Metroparks. The services include jetting of blocked sewer lines, removal of solid waste/liquids from pit toilet septic systems, holding tanks, catch basins and grease traps, sewer inspection, and sanitary pumping of settling pits. The contract is for a three-year period with an option to extend for an additional three-year period. The estimated cost for the three-year period is $400,000. • The contract includes an option to extend for an additional three-year period with a seven percent escalation of all line items. • The vendor, HydroChem LLC, was the only respondent to the bid and has provided a consistent level of quality service in the past. • The contract is for a total three-year cost not to exceed $400,000. • The vendor will be responsible for providing the services on an "as needed" basis.
