Utility Management and Clerk Training Arctic Village Electric Utility

This contract provides on‑site and remote utility‑management and clerk training, plus technical assistance, for the Arctic Village electric utility. The contractor will deliver customized training covering billing, accounting, inventory, reporting, and PCE subsidy requirements, as well as up to five days of on‑site support and a 30‑day remote assistance period. Deliverables include workbooks, presentations, a trip report, and a log of remote assistance, with a total contract ceiling of $10,000. • On‑site training: up to 5 days (≤ 50 hrs total) covering 22 specific utility‑management topics. • Remote technical assistance: up to 10 hrs over 30 days (≥ 4 hrs/week) with 24‑hour response requirement. • Deliverables: customized workbooks, presentation materials, desktop computer set‑up, trip report, and assistance log.
