Pouring Rights and Beverage Services

The University of Florida is seeking a partner to provide Pouring Rights and Beverage Services for its campuses. The contract has a term of 10 years, with an option to renew for an additional 5 years. The selected vendor, Pepsi Beverage Company, will be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining beverage machines and pouring systems on designated campuses. The University is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality products and services, as well as support for its community and academic programs. The contract includes requirements for customer service, technology, innovation, and sustainability. • Key aspects of the contract include: • Providing a variety of quality products and customer service consistent with a top-tier beverage vending/pouring operation • Working in conjunction with University’s food service providers to ensure excellence in beverage pouring and related services • Maintaining clean and attractive vending machines and related beverage dispensing across campus • Ensuring the most current technology for vending on campus, including ability to accept Gator One cards as payment • Proposing innovative and sustainable solutions for the beverage vending experience • Providing a robust marketing and/or sponsorship approach to promote the services and products offered to University
