Utilities Communications/Marketing Support and Graphic Design Services

The City of Roseville is seeking a lead public relations, marketing, and communications agency to support the Environmental Utilities and Roseville Electric Utility departments. The selected agency will be responsible for developing and implementing annual communication and marketing plans, providing creative support, producing collateral and other marketing materials, assisting in event planning, and providing analysis and feedback related to the utility brand. The contract is for Utilities Communications/Marketing Support and Graphic Design Services. Key services include: • Developing and implementing annual communication and marketing plans • Providing creative support, producing collateral and other marketing materials • Assisting in event planning and attendance • Providing analysis and feedback related to the utility brand • Providing other related services on an as-needed basis
