12519P Senior Tours Transportation Services

The City of Yakima Harman Center is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide transportation services for senior tours as a yearly contract. The contractor shall be an independent contractor under the terms of this contract. The Harman Center anticipates scheduling approximately 12-25 tours per year and has an annual budget of approximately $250,000. • The contractor must upload the required documents, including a cover page, proposer questionnaire, proposer references, proposal form, and debarment and suspension form. • The contract is for a lump sum, and the pricing included in the uploaded RFP submittal will be used. • The contractor must provide transportation services for senior tours, with approximately 12-25 tours per year. • The contract has an annual budget of approximately $250,000.
