On Call Graphic Design for Utilities Divisions

The City of Oxnard is seeking a qualified firm to provide on-call and as-needed graphic design, development, and creative services for public information campaigns and outreach efforts in support of the Environmental Resources, Water, and Wastewater Divisions. The contract was awarded to three vendors: Industrial Strength Advertising, We The Creative, and Searle Creative Group.
