LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION AND TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES

This contract is for language interpretation and transcription services, including in-person consecutive verbal language interpretation, in-person simultaneous verbal language interpretation, over-the-phone verbal language interpretation, certified court language interpretation, video remote consecutive verbal language interpretation, American Sign Language interpretation, and transcription services. The contract has a term of 5 years, from March 7, 2024, to March 6, 2029. The contract includes a detailed pricing structure, with different rates for different services and languages. The contract also includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and insurance. The County of Orange has the right to terminate the contract without penalty for cause or after 30 days' written notice without cause.
