The contract is for dining and catering services for The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art estate. The awarded vendor, Metz Culinary Management, will operate a fully outsourced food service operation, paying commission and/or minimum guarantee to FSU-Ringling, and invest in FSU-Ringling’s food service facilities.
