ADMS Solution (SCADA, OMS, DMS), Mobility Solution, EMS Solution and Historian Solution Replacement Project

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking to replace its existing ADMS, SCADA, DMS, OMS, Mobility, EMS, and Historian systems with new solutions. The contract was awarded to TRC Engineers, Inc. for the ADMS Solution, with a total cost of $13,362,126.65. The contract includes the implementation of the OSI monarch platform, software integration services, and five years of software support and maintenance. The District also plans to award a separate contract for the Corporate Historian Solution to AVEVA Software, LLC. The project involves the replacement of various systems with new software and professional services, and the evaluation process involved comprehensive scoring across functional and non-functional requirements, vendor demonstrations, reference checks, and costs. • The contract includes the implementation of the OSI monarch platform, • software integration services, • five years of software support and maintenance, • the right to renew the software license for an additional six years after the initial five-year term, • a 3% per year fee escalation cap starting in year 6.
