Crestron Microsoft Teams Equipment and Video Wall (CARES)

The County of Kauai, Department of Finance, issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the procurement of Crestron Microsoft Teams equipment and video wall. The IFB was canceled due to a determination by the chief procurement officer that it was in the public interest. The contract was to be funded by the Coronavirus Relief Fund established under the CARES Act. The scope of work included the furnishing and installation of Crestron UC-MX70-T Advanced Tabletop Large Room Video Conference System, Crestron UC-MM30-T Flex Tabletop Small Room Video Conference System, video wall, and configuration and installation costs. • The IFB was canceled on December 2, 2020. • The contract was to be funded by the Coronavirus Relief Fund. • The scope of work included the furnishing and installation of Crestron equipment and video wall. • The contract was to be awarded to a vendor that could provide the required equipment and services. • The County of Kauai reserved the right to cancel the IFB or reject any or all bids.
