ORAL INTERPRETATION SERVICES AND WRITTEN/AUDIO TRANSLATION AND TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES

The City of Tucson awarded a contract to Green Translations, LLC for oral interpretation services and written/audio translation and transcription services. The contract includes services such as telephone interpretation, American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, written translation, and audio translation. The vendor has experience providing similar services to government agencies and private companies. The contract has a term of 5 years, and the vendor will provide all necessary labor, personnel, supplies, materials, tools, and equipment to perform the scope of work. • The vendor will provide interpretation services for over 200 languages, including Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, and many others. • The vendor will provide written translation services for documents, including financial aid and marketing materials. • The vendor will provide audio translation services for transcription and remote services. • The vendor will provide ASL interpretation services for staff meetings, training seminars, and other events. • The vendor will provide telephone interpretation services for emergency and non-emergency situations. • The vendor will provide video remote interpretation (VRI) services for remote interpretation.
