Description
This solicitation seeks a single qualified firm to serve as the Program Manager for the Los Angeles Community College District’s multi‑year, multi‑project bond construction program. The Program Manager will provide comprehensive program‑management services—including integration, scope, quality‑assurance, schedule, risk, procurement, cost, real‑property, governance, and strike‑team leadership—across nine colleges and three satellite campuses.
