Utilities Communications/Marketing Support and Graphic Design Services

The City of Roseville's Environmental Utilities department is seeking a lead public relations, marketing, and communications agency to support the department on an on-call basis. The selected firm will provide services such as developing and implementing annual communication and marketing plans, creative support, producing collateral and other marketing materials, assisting in event planning, and providing analysis and feedback related to the utility brand.
