VISTA TRANSIT ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

The City of Sierra Vista is offering advertising space on its Vista Transit buses to businesses and the advertising community. The contract is a month-to-month agreement, and the advertiser will be invoiced monthly in advance. The City reserves the right to refuse any advertisement that does not conform to the guidelines set forth in the Technical Specifications. The advertiser is responsible for providing graphic "advertising concepts" of their own design to the City for approval. The City maintains a list of approved "media" vendors, and the advertiser shall contact an approved vendor to convert the approved "advertising concept" onto the "media" which meets the requirements specified in Exhibit "B". Some key points to consider are: • The City of Sierra Vista manages and operates Vista Transit, a public transportation system. • The advertiser will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes for their advertising space. • The City reserves the right to refuse any advertisement that does not conform to the guidelines set forth in the Technical Specifications. • The advertiser is responsible for providing graphic "advertising concepts" of their own design to the City for approval. • The City maintains a list of approved "media" vendors.
