HVAC Maintenance Services

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to furnish supplies and service all required HVAC systems for City facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing maintenance, as-needed repairs, equipment replacements, and filter change-outs on all equipment and associated devices related to heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and control systems. The contract was awarded to EMCOR Services and ACCO Engineered Systems, pending City Council approval. • The RFP was published on April 26, 2018, and the bid submission date was May 16, 2018. • A mandatory pre-proposal conference/job walk was held on May 7, 2018. • The contract is for HVAC maintenance services for City facilities. • The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, machinery, equipment, ladders, tools, and supplies necessary to perform the work.
