Description
The contract is for the replacement of an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system. The District is seeking information for future procurement of a modern ITSM/ESM system that enhances IT operations. The system should provide a user-friendly interface, task automation, enhanced security, mobility support, incident management, change management, customer interactions, service requests, and system integrations.
