Term Contract for Complete Janitorial Services at the MPG and DTC CBJ Facilities.

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is seeking a contractor to provide complete janitorial services for the Marine Parking Garage (MPG) and Downtown Transit Center (DTC) facilities. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the janitorial services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The MPG facility includes the Downtown Public Library, the Parking Garage, and the Public Restrooms. • The DTC facility includes the Parking Garage, the Juneau Police Department Substation, All Walkways, Capital Transit Driver's Breakroom, and the Public Restrooms. • The contractor will be expected to commence all work on July 1, 2024, after successful award. • Approval of all required documents, including insurance certificates, employee listings, and performance/surety bonds, are required prior to final award and commencement of work.
