VoIP Telephony System

The University of Florida is seeking to purchase a comprehensive VoIP telephony solution to service the entire institution. The solution should meet or exceed the specifications listed in the Technical Specifications Feature List spreadsheet and provide a highly available and redundant system with 99.999% uptime. The contract has an initial term of five years with an option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. The vendor will provide a test platform that mirrors the proposed system, and the University reserves the right to require presentation from any and all vendors. The contract includes requirements for support services, technical assistance, and spare/replacement programs.
