Plumbing Preventative Maintenance - Contract Labor

The Lake County School Board is seeking to establish firm bid prices for preventative plumbing maintenance services. The contract is for a twelve-month period and may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods if mutually agreed to in writing. The primary vendor is Ellis Mechanical Corporation, and the alternate vendor is Frank Gay Plumbing, Inc.
