FOSTER FAMILY AGENCY SERVICES

This contract is for the provision of Foster Family Agency Services between the County of Orange and David and Margaret Home, Inc. The contract commenced on July 1, 2024, and will terminate on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for an additional two-year term. The contractor will provide services, facilities, equipment, and supplies as described in the contract attachments. The contract includes provisions for licensure, standards, delegation, and assignment, as well as non-discrimination and confidentiality requirements.
