Marine Security Guard - Food Services Contract

The U.S. Embassy Tokyo is seeking a contractor to provide food services for the Marine Security Guards at the U.S. Embassy Housing Compound in Tokyo, Japan. The contract will be for a one-year period, with four one-year options to renew. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform the work, including meal preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas. The contractor must have experience in food service management and be able to communicate effectively in English. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing meal services for up to 12 USG Marine personnel, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 5 days a week • Preparing meals on site at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) • Storing dinner meals options for weekends and holidays • Cleaning kitchen, dishes, utensils, and dining areas after each meal • Maintaining a food service management system to track inventory and limit access to authorized patrons • Implementing access controls to ensure only authorized employees can access the MSGR and the U.S. Embassy housing compound.
