Description
Henry County Government is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate and manage a concession within the North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center. The selected operator will be responsible for providing high-quality, consistent food and beverage service in a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract term will be determined after the review and evaluation of the Time Line Schedules submitted by the successful Consultant.
• The concession operator will be responsible for providing food and beverage services to the recreation center's patrons.
• The operator must ensure that all services are provided in a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.

• The operator must comply with all applicable rules and regulations, including those related to health and safety.
• The operator must provide a monthly percentage of gross receipts to the County.
