Description
The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking a Master Contractor to provide an Oracle Data Application Upgrade. The upgrade includes the replacement of old servers that are going end of life with new Oracle X11-HA servers. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Oracle and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contractor must also provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables.
• The contractor must include a warranty period of at least 1 year for the Oracle X11-HA License, Software, and support.
• The contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the due date.
• The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
