Plumbing Repair/Services Contract

The Yonkers Parking Authority is seeking a qualified and licensed plumbing contractor to provide on-call plumbing maintenance and repair services at its offices, indoor parking garages, and outdoor parking facilities. The contractor will be required to provide labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of plumbing systems. The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for up to three years. The contractor must respond to service requests within eight hours and have an employee on site within 24 hours. In case of emergencies, the contractor must respond within one hour and start work within four hours. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, and equipment to perform the work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation, employer's liability, and commercial general liability. • The contractor must provide a detailed cost proposal, including a breakdown of costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
