Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking SDVOSB/VOSB sources capable of providing Audio/Visual integration, equipment, and installation services for the Bay Pines, VAMC, VISN 8 Executive Conference Room. The project includes the installation of new AV systems, including displays, cameras, control systems, audio systems, and wireless conferencing systems. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, design, programming, installation, commissioning, testing, training, and documentation necessary to deliver a fully functional AV system. The system will be considered complete upon successful commissioning and functionality testing, user acceptance following training, and delivery of all required documentation.
Key features of the project include:
• Installation of five new 86-inch LG ultra-high-definition displays
• Installation of two auto-tracking PTZ cameras with 12x optical zoom
• Installation of a control system, including five AVoIP encoders and five AVoIP decoders
• Installation of a wireless conferencing system
• End-user training for system operation and meeting workflows
• Removal and disposal of all existing AV equipment
