The City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive plumbing services, including back‑flow testing, repair, replacement, and installation of water, sewer, and gas lines for the Department of Public Utilities. The contract will be a two‑year requirement contract, allowing the City to issue up to ten weekly work orders on an as‑needed basis, with strict response‑time and completion requirements. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, equipment, and handle third‑party rentals within a 5 % markup limit, and must embed specific back‑flow testing fees into their unit prices.
