Description
The U.S. Embassy in Oman is seeking a venue to host the 2026 National Holiday Celebrations. The event will include a ballroom, event planning and coordination, catering services, and security arrangements. The venue must be able to support an innovative, technology-driven National Day event that aligns with the theme "Onward". The event will feature themed décor, live entertainment, American-inspired cuisine, and interactive activities.
• The venue must have sufficient indoor event spaces to accommodate up to 1000 guests, staging, seating, exhibitions, and interactive zones.
• The venue must have a flexible floor plan to allow for immersive installations, designated areas for filming, content capture, and live broadcasting, and dedicated load-in/load-out routes for large equipment.
• The venue must have adequate power distribution, climate-controlled indoor spaces, and a stage, lighting, projection screen, and sound system capable of supporting a live band performance and thematic visuals.
• The venue must provide themed catering, canapé service, beverage stations, and customizable menus accommodating dietary restrictions.
• The venue must have sufficient catering staff, set-up and breakdown support, and option for branded or thematic dessert elements.
