Install four (4) mini split HVAC systems in Trailers 2 and 3 for USDA ARS in Tallahassee, FL (amended)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to install four (4) mini split HVAC systems in Trailers 2 and 3 at the USDA ARS facility in Tallahassee, FL. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete the installation. The project must be completed within 45 days after the issuance of the notice to proceed. The contractor must also comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution. • The contractor must have experience with mini-split HVAC installation on projects similar to this one. • The contractor must provide a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements. • The contractor must have a thorough understanding of the project requirements. • The contractor must provide pricing for all items in the Schedule of Items. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal laws and regulations.
