HVAC Maintenance, Repair, Installation and Related Services

The Lancaster Independent School District is seeking a contractor to provide commercial HVAC services, including maintenance, repair, installation, and related services. The contractor will be required to adhere to all applicable local, state, and national design codes, ASHRAE guidelines, and LISD Facility Standards. The scope of work includes comprehensive technical support, diagnostic evaluation, scheduled preventative maintenance, air handling unit retrofits, chiller/boiler operations, full HVAC infrastructure replacement, emergency system repairs, and energy-management/EMS code-compliance upgrades across the District's facilities. The contractor must provide a minimum of three verifiable references for projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. Some key points to consider: * The contract term will be from the date of award through September 1, 2028. * The contractor must provide a detailed acknowledgment of the scope of work, proposed roofing system specifications, product data sheets, and material specifications. * The contractor must also provide proof of Texas business registration, manufacturer certifications, and approved installer documentation. * The contractor will be evaluated based on the purchase price, reputation, quality of goods or services, extent to which the goods or services meet the district's needs, total long-term cost, and past relationship with the district. * The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract to the proposer who offers the best value and is in the best interest of the district.
