Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide hosting management services and helpdesk support for the Integrated Financial and Acquisitions Management System (iFAMS). The contractor will be responsible for operating and maintaining the system, providing technical support, and ensuring the system's availability and reliability. The contract is expected to be awarded on a sole source basis to zCore Group, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
Some key requirements of the contract include:
* Providing hosting management services for iFAMS, including operating and maintaining the system, and ensuring its availability and reliability.
* Providing helpdesk support for iFAMS, including responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies, including those related to security, privacy, and accessibility.
* Providing a comprehensive performance work statement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for the contract.
The contract is expected to have a period of performance from the date of award through August 31, 2026, with no option periods or optional tasks.
