HVAC Maintenance and Repair Service

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking a certified HVAC Contractor to establish and maintain a continuous, comprehensive preventative maintenance program as well as repair service program for a period of three years. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, equipment, materials, and other supplies necessary for the satisfactory performance of the scope of work. The scope of work includes maintaining and repairing HVAC, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, energy management systems, temperature control systems, and other equipment at all SORTA facilities. The contractor will also be required to develop a comprehensive PM program, provide pricing for scheduled preventative maintenance and repair services, and adhere to SORTA's terms and conditions. • The contractor must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. • The contractor must provide staff capable of performing the full scope of work and their own support staff, materials, tools, equipment, and other supplies necessary for the satisfactory performance of the full scope of work. • The contractor must follow all applicable federal, state, and local safety programs, codes, laws, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must adhere to individualized facility safety, security, and check-in requirements as identified by the designated facility point of contact. • The contractor must wear uniforms identifying themselves and the company represented, and all work will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner, adhering to facility rules and respecting facility occupants.
