AS-NEEDED THIRD-PARTY PLAN REVIEW SERVICES

The City of Issaquah is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms to provide accurate, thorough, and expeditious plan reviews to ensure compliance with applicable International Building Codes, Washington State Amendments, and local City of Issaquah codes. Firms may apply to review any 1 or more of the following independent elements: Structural Engineering, Architectural (including accessibility and energy compliance), and Plumbing and Mechanical. The Service Provider(s) will be responsible on an ON-CALL basis and the exact duties and work to be performed will be negotiated for each individual project. • The city may select multiple firms and/or teams to provide these services. • The scope of work includes residential, commercial, multi-family, industrial, or mixed-use projects. • Code compliance is required with applicable International Building Code and Washington State amendments and local codes. • Turnaround times and communication protocols will be provided. • Quality control procedures will be implemented to ensure consistency and accuracy.
