Description
The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide plumbing services to multiple TRS office locations throughout Texas on an "as needed" basis. The selected respondent will be required to provide services in accordance with the solicitation and contract, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and other plumbing-related tasks. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with four optional one-year renewal terms. The respondent must have a minimum of one master licensed plumber and three licensed plumbers available to meet the required response time. The respondent must also provide proof of experience and certifications, and must employ and supervise qualified plumbing personnel.
• The contract will require the respondent to provide fully loaded, firm, fixed prices or hourly rates that are inclusive of all costs of performance.
• The respondent must submit a proposal that includes a completed price form, a description of the services to be provided, and any other required documentation.
• The respondent must also submit a Veteran Heroes United in Business (VetHUB) Subcontracting Plan, if applicable.
• The evaluation process will include an initial round of proposal evaluation, followed by a presentation, interview, and/or demonstration round, and a best and final offer round.
