The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide an upgraded conferencing system for the 11th and 8th floor conference rooms. The system should include HDMI and USB wall plate extenders, a 3x1 collaboration switcher, an all-in-one conferencing bar, and a commercial display. The vendor will be required to furnish and install the equipment and provide a 90-day workmanship warranty and a 3-year enhanced service plan. The contract term is 365 days, and the City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time.
