Description
The Department of Health, Hawaii State Hospital, is seeking a contractor to provide monthly inspection, maintenance, and repairs to the air conditioning chill water equipment for the entire Hawaii State Hospital campus. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-conference meeting on June 2, 2026, and provide proof of compliance obtained through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE). The contract period is for one year, with the option to extend for up to five additional years. The contractor will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and assigning employees to perform the work, and must provide general liability insurance and automobile liability insurance.
