Description
The West Virginia Attorney General's Office is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for Court Reporting Services. The successful vendor must provide a court reporter to take and transcribe any requested hearings or proceedings. Vendors should be aware that multiple hearings could be held simultaneously and adequate staffing will be required to cover each hearing.
• Court hearings may occur during day and evening hours, and on weekends or holidays.
• Court hearings or proceedings may be held over, unscheduled, to the next day or even scheduled with short notice.
• The contract may be renewed upon mutual written consent of the Agency and the Vendor.
• Renewal of this Contract is limited to three successive one-year periods or multiple renewal periods of less than one year, provided that the multiple renewal periods do not exceed 36 months in total.
