H365--Medical Gas Distribution System and Equipment Testing & Inspection

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide testing and certification of the Medical Gas Distribution System and Equipment at the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, travel, and qualified personnel to accomplish the tasks outlined in the Statement of Work. The contract may be extended for up to 5 years. The contractor must comply with all VA, local, state, and Federal policies and regulations. • The contractor must provide original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. • The contractor is responsible for all subcontractors required to complete reports. • The contract will be awarded based on a comparative evaluation of quotes. • The contractor must comply with the limitations on subcontracting requirement. • The contractor must provide copies of documents or records to VA to determine compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirement.
