Building Plan Review and Inspection Servicces

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals for building plan review and inspection services. The selected consultant will provide as-needed building plan review and field inspection services for the City. The scope of services includes performing electronic plan check services, communicating with applicants and City staff, and attending quarterly coordination meetings. The consultant will also be required to follow the City's Plan Review Consultant Standards and provide a weekly status report on all City plan review projects in progress. • The consultant will review plans and inspect for compliance with California Building Code, California Residential Code, and other applicable codes and standards. • The consultant will provide a range of hourly rates for field inspection services and will negotiate compensation for these services as needed. • The consultant will attend intermittent project-specific meetings at the City of Roseville civic center. • The consultant will provide an updated organizational chart and resume for each staff member on an annual basis. • The consultant will follow the City's agreement for expedited plan review and third-party plan review services.
